Sorbonne University at VivaTech 2025

It’s a first! Sorbonne University is participating in VivaTech, the major annual event dedicated to technological innovation and startups. Committed to addressing the scientific and societal challenges of the 21st century, the university will showcase its innovation ecosystem from June 11 to 14, 2025, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, under the motto: “Sorbonne University, a City of Innovation!”

A booth to connect, inspire, and engage

Located at booth M24 (Hall 1), Sorbonne University will offer a space designed to foster inspiration and exchange, including a stage where visitors can discover our program.

A series of side events will complement our on-site presence (see box for details).

 

A first participation as a prelude to the City of Innovation

Sorbonne University’s program at VivaTech 2025 has been designed as a journey to explore our entire innovation ecosystem. Participants will include:

• Key players from the Innovation University Hub of the Sorbonne University Alliance
• Our two institutes, SCAI and the Global Health Institute
• Startups from our ecosystem
• Our socio-economic partners

Three types of formats will be offered:

• “Inspiration breakfasts”: daily keynotes at 10 a.m.
• “Crossed expertise”: different perspectives on the same topic
• “Ecosystem sessions”: giving voice to entrepreneurs and those who support their growth, funding, and access to new markets
