This thesis is proposed at Sorbonne University and funded as part of the ISCD-FORMAL project-team on the theme "Deep learning to predict plankton communities from space".
The thesis is co-supervised by oceanographers and computer scientists and based at the LOV, close to Nice (French Riviera).
