Main Mission

In close collaboration with the scientific coordinator of the RHU project, the Project Manager will liaise directly with various internal departments at Sorbonne University, consortium members, and the French National Research Agency (ANR).

The primary mission is to assist the scientific coordinator in the effective implementation of all planned actions among the project’s key partners: Sorbonne University, AP-HP, and OWKIN. This includes consortium coordination and relationship management with the ANR.

The Project Manager will play a central role in the coordination and monitoring of the project's development and will be responsible for managing the various phases of the project, ensuring the achievement of its ambitious goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

Coordinate project activities across teams and partner institutions
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with goals and timelines
Assist university financial departments with project budget management and reporting

2. Communication and Institutional Relations

Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders (research teams, industry partners, financial institutions)
Oversee project communication across social media platforms
Organize and participate in events (conferences, congresses, workshops, etc.)
Contribute to the writing and presentation of project progress reports

3. Administrative and Logistical Oversight

Supervise administrative aspects of the project (contracts, partnership agreements, regulatory compliance)
Negotiate and draft contracts necessary for project implementation
Manage logistics for events, meetings, and business travel

4. Strategic Development

Contribute to the project’s overall strategy by identifying new collaboration or funding opportunities
Participate in strategic planning and risk evaluation
