AI Engineer – Multi-Agent Systems & LLMs for B2B Optimization

Mission :

As an AI Engineer, you will lead the development of AI solutions from data acquisition to the implementation of algorithms tailored to specific domains.

Main Activities:

• Data Acquisition and Preprocessing

Collect, clean, and prepare relevant datasets related to B2B sales interactions, market trends, and customer behavior. Develop data pipelines for efficient ingestion and transformation.

• Model Design and Development

Contribute to the design and implementation of language models tailored to specific B2B decision-making tasks (sales forecasting, risk assessment, negotiation strategies, etc.). Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific data to enhance their performance in B2B contexts.

• Multi-Agent Systems Development

Design and implement a multi-agent system based on LLMs. Develop communication protocols and coordination mechanisms for these agents. Create simulation environments to test and evaluate agent performance under various market conditions.

• Performance Monitoring and Evaluation

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess agent effectiveness. Analyze agent behavior, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on model architectures and training methodologies.

• Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and industry partners to translate research findings into practical applications.

 

Profile Sought

Skills

• Master’s or PhD preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles, particularly deep learning architectures (e.g., Transformers, RNNs)
• Proven experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Ollama, LangChain) and fine-tuning techniques
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems
• Proficiency in Python and relevant data science libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Ability to design methodological tools and solve complex problems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a research environment is a plus
