This year’s SEED Call for Projects, led by the 4EU+ Alliance, is now open.

As a reminder, these projects are an excellent opportunity to initiate collaborations with colleagues from the partner universities of the alliance.
If you are considering developing a project around specific themes, please feel free to share your ideas with us — we can promote your initiative to the other universities to help you identify potential partners.

What is SEED4EU+?

The programme offers seed funding to support new and creative collaborations in research and education within the 4EU+ Alliance. It aims to support small-scale innovative projects that strengthen the Alliance and lay the groundwork for sustainable cooperation, with a view to future external funding.

Who can apply?

Academic staff members holding a PhD and employed by one of the eight member universities of the 4EU+ Alliance. Each project must involve participants from at least three different partner universities. The involvement of early-career researchers and students (from undergraduate to PhD level) is strongly encouraged.
