Rethinking Sustainability Through Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Tackling global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals requires more than technical solutions — it calls for a deep socio-economic transformation. This transformation must be inclusive, engaging diverse societal stakeholders and integrating multiple fields of knowledge.

The Collegio Futuro program was designed with this vision in mind. It provides a unique platform where young researchers, experts, and practitioners can explore the complexities of sustainability through:

• the development of policy briefs addressing key societal issues,
• interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral exchanges, and
• open dialogue between science, policy, and society.
