AI Conference: 2 days dedicated to Artificial Intelligence

The Institut Henri Poincaré, accompanied by its public and private partners, Aquila data, Criteo, RTE, the L'Oréal Foundation, the IHP Endowment Fund, the Société de mathématiques appliquées et industrielles (SMAI), the Centre de recherche sur l'information scientifique et technique (CERIST), the Center for Artificial Intelligence of Sorbonne University (SCAI), and the University of Western Brittany (UBO), are organizing two days of presentations, exchanges and scientific conversations around artificial intelligence on November 16 and 17, 2021.
Four thematic half-days to dive into the heart of this fascinating subject, with a thousand facets.
#FocusAI: 3 half-days to
- introduce the fundamental concepts and present the current state of the field
- highlight the diversity and richness of AI's application sectors
- evoke some of the ecological, ethical and even philosophical issues raised by the intrusion of AI in society
Audience: scientists working in the fields of AI and at its frontiers
#IAplusK: 1 half-day to
- show the diversity of training, career paths, jobs and expertise in AI research, whether in the academic sector or in companies.
The presentations will focus on doctoral students to discover the state of research on current topics.
Audience: students, high school students, preparatory students
For this half-day event, the presentations will be transmitted simultaneously to the Centre de recherche sur l'information scientifique et technique (CERIST), the SCAI (Sorbonne Center for Artificial Intelligence), and the Université de Bretagne Occidentale (UBO), which will welcome audiences on site.
