How is Artificial Intelligence transforming the way researchers work? ANITI invites you to a day of interdisciplinary exploration at the Hôtel d’Assézat
On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, the Salle Clémence Isaure at the Hôtel d’Assézat will host this event dedicated to the interactions between artificial intelligence and the evolution of science. Co-organized by the Académie des Sciences, Inscriptions et Belles-Lettres de Toulouse, GREP, and ANITI, this symposium is open to a broad audience curious about science and the recent shifts in its methods driven by artificial intelligence (AI).
Experts from various disciplines will discuss the proven and potential impacts of AI on knowledge and scientific progress:
-
How is AI already being integrated into the toolkit of modeling and analysis tools used by researchers in their fields?
-
What new opportunities, methodological innovations, limitations, and risks does AI bring to research, and why?
Each presentation will conclude with 5–10 minutes of Q&A. The panel discussion on AI and education will be followed by an open debate. The event will also be available to attend online.
