BFC Online Masterclass Series Session 7: "Strategic Choices in Ecosystems vs Value Chains"
Led by Professor James Costantini, this one-hour session will examine two fundamentally different ways of creating and capturing value: traditional value chains, where firms control sequential activities, and ecosystems, where multiple interdependent players co-create value in more dynamic, platform-driven environments.
The session will also show how the BFC equips PhD and master's students, as well as early-career professionals, with practical strategy tools to design robust business models and make more informed career and entrepreneurial choices.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A session and engage with programme alumni to hear about their experience with the BFC.
