Seminar: Information Extraction and Text Mining @IIMAS-UNAM

As part of Sorbonne University's strategic partnership with Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), we welcome Helena Montserrat Gómez Adorno, Professor of Artificial Intelligence.

In the presentation she will address a summary of the research work we have done in the area of language technologies for text mining and information extraction. She analyzes the challenges of automatic language processing and the existing opportunities in this area of research. Finally she will see how the mining of specialized texts in different sciences or areas can help to find new knowledge.
