Training Event: Data-Driven City

 

Open to all doctoral students of the Sorbonne University Alliance, this training session explores how data and AI are transforming urban services.

 

Led by Olaf Kouamo and Darshan Kongo Bodingany (SUEZ Digital Solutions), the session will cover the waste management cycle at SUEZ, present an object detection solution used in sorting centres—from design to edge deployment—and include a hands-on practical workshop using Jupyter notebooks on labelling and waste detection.
