When intelligence becomes collective, the profession takes on a new dimension.

On Thursday, April 2, we had the pleasure of gathering the IPs - SU for a new meeting centered around exchange, sharing... and the human element.

Throughout the afternoon, several highlights paced our discussions:

  • A presentation of the ASUR collaborative tool and the group's skills mapping, aimed at facilitating the sharing of best practices, by Aurélie Bourgade (GOAL SU).

  • An intervention by Paola Costa (CAPSULE) regarding the role of designers in innovation and pedagogical transformation.

  • A convivial moment (because bonds are also forged over a coffee and a photo).

  • A reflection led by Mickael Zlatkov (SCAI) on AI Literacy.

  • And a discussion session on digital accessibility, facilitated by Aissetou Camara (SPN), essential for inclusive pedagogy.

But beyond the program, one thing became obvious:

  • Everyone comes with their expertise, their practices, and their questions.

  • Everyone leaves enriched by the experiences of others.

Because that is where our strength lies. In this collective intelligence where every perspective counts. In these exchanges where individual experiences come together to build a more global vision of our profession.

We move forward together, by sharing, questioning, and building. An entire pedagogical ecosystem is taking shape.

A big thank you to all those who contributed to this great dynamic.

To be continued.
