Call for Applications – Collegio Futuro Program at Heidelberg University
Rethinking Sustainability Through Interdisciplinary Collaboration
Tackling global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals requires more than technical solutions — it calls for a deep socio-economic transformation. This transformation must be inclusive, engaging diverse societal stakeholders and integrating multiple fields of knowledge.
The Collegio Futuro program was designed with this vision in mind. It provides a unique platform where young researchers, experts, and practitioners can explore the complexities of sustainability through:
- the development of policy briefs addressing key societal issues,
- interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral exchanges, and
- open dialogue between science, policy, and society.
