Clinical Data Warehouse (CDW) from Greater Paris University Hospitals just published its first paper... with Sorbonne University!
The team, made up of researchers from Sorbonne University, the University of Paris and the University of Paris-Saclay has just published an article on Terminologies augmented recurrent neural network model for clinical named entity recognition. The article shows how to enhance the performance of a supervised model for clinical named-entity recognition (NER) using medical terminologies.
