Sorbonne University has been appointed as a European expert in artificial intelligence!

🇪🇺 Represented by Arnaud Latil, Vice-President of Artificial Intelligence, Strategy, and Foresight, Sorbonne University is the only French university selected to join the AI Act Advisory Forum, alongside Inria and the CEA. This prestigious recognition places our university at the very heart of future European digital decisions.

🔎 This appointment comes as part of the implementation of the AI Act, a new regulation aimed at ensuring safe and ethical artificial intelligence in Europe. To help them make the right decisions, the European Commission and the European AI Office have established a consultative body: the AI Act Advisory Forum.
