On June 30, 2025, SCAI and  PostGenAI@Paris co-organized a public conference at Panthéon-Assas University.

The event, titled “Generative AI & Regulation: What Framework for the Future?”, brought together leading voices from science, industry, and public institutions to reflect on the governance of AI in an era of rapid transformation.

Key Speakers:

  • Dr. Luc Julia – Chief Scientific Officer at Renault, co-creator of Siri
  • Yann Guthmann – Member of the French Competition Authority
  • Thomas Dautieu – Director of Legal Support, CNIL

  • Marion Ho-Dac – Professor of Private Law, University of Artois
  • Polina Khomenko – Policy Analyst, European Commission

With a full auditorium and an engaged audience, the discussions explored the delicate balance between technological innovation, individual rights, and democratic regulation in the age of generative AI.
