Boost European Projects with Generative Artificial Intelligence!

Workshop on Generative AI and European Projects — a new step in AI literacy training to help bridge the digital divide.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming 27 administrative staff members from Sorbonne University — all supporting research activities — for a three-hour workshop dedicated to Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) in the context of European projects.

The session, led by Xavier FRESQUET, provided participants with the tools to transform the way they support project development and management.

Key success factors of the event:

• Mastering Prompt Engineering:
• Participants not only grasped the principles of Generative AI but also developed hands-on skills to craft structured and effective prompts — a major asset for project writing and management!
• Targeted Application: Through collaborative exercises, the workshop helped identify both the opportunities and the limitations of AI across the key components of European projects (Excellence, Impact, Implementation).
• Critical Thinking: A strong focus was placed on adopting a critical mindset and promoting responsible and sustainable uses of AI, ensuring that the knowledge gained is both robust and ethical.
